I have seen CDRWs fail the md5sum check after they have been rewritten a lot of times. You might also consider using a different brand CDR media if it still fails the md5sum check. If the iso passed the md5sum check it is probably good though. If it still fails the md5sum check, then try downloading the iso from a different mirror. Then when you boot up the CD run the option to check the disc for defects. Be sure to burn the CD at the slowest possible speed. Instead of using Nero try Iso Recorder or Infra Recorder. you are all doing a wonderful job 24X7 helping others overcome their issues in just a matter of few minutes and hours.
